OVER LOT GRADING
At 4X Industrial, LLC we take pride in doing the heavy lifting for you. We are the first contractor onsite, moving as little as a few thousand cubic yards of dirt, to well in excess of a million cubic yards of dirt. This is all in preparation for projects ranging from residential infrastructure, new building construction, waste water treatment plants, pit reclamation, roads, parking lots, basins, and many other facilities. This is all done with our own fleet of new equipment, including scrapers, dozers, loaders, and excavators.
Our overlot grading services begin well before we arrive onsite with our equipment. We use sophisticated take off and estimating software to accurately decipher the needs for your specific project. In addition, our team will be involved with your engineer and consultants to review the soil characteristics, identify any unique site conditions, assess a multitude of risk potentials and work with the assembled team to maximize the potential of your site and create the best possible value.
