PRESSURE TESTING
4X has the capacity of delivering on-call pressure testing services to any location at any time.
We typically conduct these pressure tests by connecting one of our top-of-the-line mobile units to the components to be tested.
While we do perform Nitrogen charging and valve greasing, our primary pressure services include torquing and hydrostatic testing.
Our torque services include bolting up equipment ranging from 2″ flowline to 13″ BOPs (blowout preventers). 4X Industrial, LLC ensures the proper torque valves, flanging, and ring gaskets are also verified.
With our capacity ranging from 200 psi to 15,000 psi, we can perform hydrostatic testing on the following equipment:
- BOP Systems
- Wellhead and Casing
- Production Equipment
- Pipelines
- Separators
- Any Necessary Vessel of the Structure, High or Low Volume
